Nweb Solution grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the FMS software for managing educational institutions' fee-related operations. You agree not to misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that may harm the software or its users.
By using our software, you agree that Nweb Solution may collect, store, and use data entered into the system as required for operational and legal purposes. We reserve the right to use, analyze, and process your data for internal improvements, reporting, compliance, and other official needs. User data will not be sold to third parties without consent, except as required by law or necessary for the software’s functionality.
Fees for using the FMS software will be as per the selected plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access or termination of services. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.
Nweb Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. We do not guarantee that the system will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.
All rights, including but not limited to software design, code, trademarks, and documentation, remain the property of Nweb Solution. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.
Nweb Solution reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the software at any time if a user violates these terms. Upon termination, all user access will be revoked, but Nweb Solution may retain user data as per company policies.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
